• 2 LBS Aoudad ground meat (no added fat or other meat)

  • 1 pk. Of Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • 1/2 TSP. cayenne pepper

  • 1 diced onion

  • 1 TBS. Black Pepper

  • 1 TSP. Paprika

  • 1 egg

  • Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese



  1. Put your Spice Mix, Lipton Onion soup Mix, Cayenne pepper, Black Pepper, and Paprika in a medium bowl.

  2. Put our 2 LBS of ground Aoudad meat, 1 egg, and diced onion in a large bowl and mix it up.

  3. Mix your Spice mix and your meat mix together with your hands. 

  4. Roll up the mixture in balls of meat, then take your cheese and mold a burger around it.  This leaves the cheese in the middle of your burger and adds moisture while cooking.

  5. Cook patties on a grill outside, flat grill, or a frying pan.

  6. Cook at ¾ max heat


When the cheese starts to burst out, it’s time to take off the grill and let sit for about 2 minutes.


Put your burger on a bun, add a slice of tomato and lettuce with what ever condiment you want.  The onion and cheese are built into the burger.
